I was waiting for the sun
To rise
And fill my eyes with the light of Thee…
I was waiting for the wind
To flow
Trough the narrow duct into my body…
I was waiting for the rain
To drizzle
And pour the chain of pure water over my pale body…
They did not come
To sanctify my emancipated spirit…
I protested, whinged and cried with despair!!
I looked up to Thee,
Then I heard, as Chi whispered into my ears…
I never liked the sun
As it burnt my silky skin,
I was never fond of the wind
As it dishevelled the tresses of my love
I hated the rain most
As it made my clothes wet and grubby…
So they did not come
To join in my ultimate voyage
I died yesterday night,
And still lying in that gorgeous lawn
Of my earthly abode …
And I wished someone would cry
At least…
On my death!!
